Questions
Can you fix Core Web Vitals without a redesign?
Often, yes. Many sites pass after targeted fixes to images, fonts, scripts, caching and hosting. A redesign is only worth it when the theme or builder is the root cause and can't be tuned further.
Do plugins alone fix WordPress speed?
Caching and optimisation plugins help, but they can't fix a heavy theme, slow hosting or too many third-party scripts. The biggest wins usually come from removing work rather than adding another plugin.
